Optional analytics controls
Disabling optional analytics removes Trifecta HQ visitor and attribution data from this browser and stops analytics events. Secure checkout, fraud prevention and records required to provide a purchase still work.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled by Trifecta HQ (“we,” “us” or “our”) through trifecta-hq.com, the Trifecta HQ membership sold through Whop, related Discord communities, TradingView indicator access, support communications and connected services.
Whop, Discord, TradingView and other third-party platforms also process information under their own privacy policies when you use their services.
2. California notice at collection
This section gives California residents notice at or before collection. The details in later sections form part of this notice.
| Category | Examples | Primary purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers and customer records | Name, email, country, Whop ID, Discord ID and TradingView username | Membership verification, support and platform access |
| Commercial information | Selected plan, payment and renewal status, purchase, refund and dispute records | Checkout, billing, accounting and customer support |
| Internet or network activity | Page path, referring site, UTM source, browser, device type, approximate region and interaction events | Site operation, attribution, security and aggregate analytics |
| Communications and submitted content | Support messages, questions, feedback, community posts and chart screenshots | Support, mentorship, moderation and service improvement |
We do not sell these categories of information and do not knowingly share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Trifecta HQ does not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers; Whop and its payment partners handle payment credentials.
3. Information we collect and its sources
Information you provide
- Messages, questions, feedback and support requests.
- Usernames or identifiers you provide to connect Discord or TradingView access.
- Charts, screenshots, assignments, community posts and other content you choose to submit.
Information received from membership platforms
Whop may provide your name, email, country, platform identifiers, membership status, plan, payment status, renewal or cancellation state, refund or dispute information and limited billing information. Discord and TradingView may provide usernames, account IDs, roles or access status needed to deliver the service.
Information collected from the website
When optional analytics are enabled, we create random pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and record page views, source routes, UTM campaign fields, referring domains, pricing views, selected billing plans, button interactions, media interactions and checkout events. We do not intentionally place names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment credentials in website analytics events.
Hosting, security and performance systems may process IP addresses, request timestamps, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, performance measurements and security logs. Network addresses used for application rate limiting are transformed into one-way security keys rather than stored as plain IP addresses in Trifecta HQ’s application database.
4. How and why we use information
- Provide, verify and administer membership and indicator access.
- Create secure Whop checkout sessions and process membership, cancellation, refund and dispute events.
- Deliver educational content, community access, direct feedback and customer support.
- Measure aggregate website use, understand which published links lead to checkout and improve the clarity and performance of the site.
- Protect accounts and services, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce rules and troubleshoot failures.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment and regulatory obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
- Send service messages and, only where permitted, relevant membership updates. We do not send third-party behavioral advertising.
For people in the EEA, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis, the bases are performance of our contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent where required, and our legitimate interests in providing a secure membership, preventing fraud, responding to customers and understanding the effectiveness and usability of our own website. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent where applicable.
5. Browser storage, analytics and privacy signals
| Technology | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| thq_anonymous_visitor | Random website visitor identifier for first-party aggregate analytics | Up to 90 days |
| thq_first_touch / thq_last_touch | Published source route, referring domain and UTM attribution | Up to 90 days |
| thq_anonymous_session | Random identifier for the current browser session | Current browser session |
| trifecta_analytics_opt_out | Remembers that optional analytics are disabled | Up to one year |
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free traffic reporting and Vercel Speed Insights for real-user performance metrics. Trifecta HQ also operates a limited first-party event and checkout attribution system using the storage described above. Optional analytics do not use advertising pixels and are not used to follow you across unrelated websites.
Trifecta HQ honors supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling optional analytics. You may also use the controls on this page. Disabling analytics clears Trifecta HQ’s visitor and attribution storage from the browser. Temporary identifiers and transaction records may still be processed when needed to provide secure checkout, prevent abuse or document a purchase.
6. Service providers and other disclosures
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Whop and its payment partners for checkout, billing, membership administration, fraud prevention, refunds and disputes.
- Discord and TradingView to provide community and indicator access.
- Vercel for hosting, application delivery, aggregate analytics, performance monitoring, logs and security.
- Neon for managed database storage.
- Email, communications, professional-adviser and business-service providers acting for Trifecta HQ under appropriate obligations.
- Regulators, law enforcement, courts or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and legal interests.
- A successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on contractual protections, recognized adequacy arrangements or other lawful safeguards. You may request information about applicable safeguards using the contact below.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Browser-storage periods are listed above. Pseudonymous analytics are periodically deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for site measurement. Membership and access records are kept while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support, disputes and enforcement. Payment, refund, dispute, tax and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Security records may be retained as needed to investigate abuse and protect the service. Legal holds may extend an otherwise applicable period.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted administrative access, server-only credentials, validation and rate controls, signed webhook verification and protected production systems. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive credentials through support messages or community channels.
8. California privacy rights
California residents may have the right, subject to applicable law, to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information.
- Provide access to or a portable copy of covered personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete covered personal information.
- Disclose categories of information collected, sources, purposes and categories of recipients.
- Honor applicable rights to opt out of sale or sharing and limit uses of sensitive personal information.
Trifecta HQ does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. You or an authorized agent may submit a request by emailing Clarajohnny1215@gmail.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify identity and an agent’s authority before acting. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, we respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days, subject to a permitted extension.
9. Rights in other locations
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a portable copy of personal information; to object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Trifecta HQ does not use personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Providing checkout and membership information is necessary to purchase and administer the membership. Optional website analytics are not required. Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it must be retained for transactions, fraud prevention, legal obligations or the establishment or defense of claims.
10. Children
Trifecta HQ is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, membership, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Previous transaction and privacy rights remain subject to the law applicable when the information was processed.
